RETURN POLICY

We accept exchanges only if hair extensions have not been worn.

There is a $12 restocking fee and clip in hair extensions must be returned for exchange within 2 weeks of purchase.  You may have one exchange without paying the restocking fee however, SH of $6.50 will be applied for exchanges.

If you are unsure about color of your clip in hair extensions, choose a lighter shade. Since the clip in hair extensions are 100% human hair, they can be tinted. Test pieces are provided for this purpose. (Professional tinting is advised if wanting to color the hair).

Be sure to order a test piece or color ring if you are uncertain about color for your clip in hair extensions.
